Shipping

& Costs

The type and size of the product determines whether despatch is undertaken through the post or with a forwarding agent within Germany, to Australia, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Canada, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA.  Please contact us via email to calculate the cost of delivery for multiple items.

 

 Any import sales tax as well as any customs and processing charges on goods being despatched into non-EU countries are not included in the delivery and dispatch costs and will have to be paid before the delivery takes place.

 

The following areas are excluded from our standard shipping rates displayed online:

 

  • France: Corsica and all areas outside mainland France

  • Germany: all German islands

  • Greece: All Greek islands

  • Italy: All Italian islands

  • Portugal: Madeira and Azores

  • Spain: all Spanish islands, Ceuta and Melilla

  • UK: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Shetlands, Northern Ireland and all Scottish Islands

  • US: Hawaii, Alaska

 

For any orders to these areas, please mail to info@mimosavintage.com before placing an order to receive a shipping quote. Please note this list is not exhaustive and we may ask for additional shipping charges to remote areas.

Return &

Exchange Policy

You are entitled to return your order without any reasons being given within fourteen days (NOT APPLIED TO MADE TO ORDER GOODS) from the date the item was delivered to you by Mimosa Vintage/Post/Courrier.

 

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient in itself to send the notification relating to exercising one's right of cancellation prior to expiry of the cancellation period. To exercise your cancellation right you need to inform us via email info@mimosavintage.com or phone call to +42 (0) 775 709 555. 

 

The following applies to goods sent to you in the post. You are to immediately return the goods to us – in all cases - within fourteen days from the date on which you informed us about the cancellation of this contract, or to hand them over to someone that we have charged with accepting the goods. The period is upheld given that you despatch the goods prior to expiry of the fourteen-day period. You defray the immediate costs of returning the goods. 

For good dispatched by post, we will be sharing tracking number with you. It is buyer's responsibility to collect goods within 14 days from their arrival to destination post office. If you didn't collect goods within 14 days timeframe from arrival to destination, they will be sent back to the sender. At your discretion, we can send goods to you again with additional shipment charge OR reimburse the cost of goods once we receive them in original condition. In both cases customer is responsible for costs of shipment and cost return, these costs will be deducted from reimbursement.

 

The following applies to goods not sent to you in the post. We pick up the goods. You defray the immediate costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated, at a maximum, to be the amount corresponding to those associated with the return despatch of equivalent goods.

 

Good should be returned in the original condition and we will refund the cost of the goods (delivery costs are not refundable) to you upon arrival of goods. If returned goods have any damages, we may not accept the return or deduct the cost of restoration from the refund amount.

 

Made to order goods and shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Please contact us if an item you received was damaged during transportation.
